If your DVD won't play, freezes or skips try both cleaning the disc and trying the disc in another DVD player. If you have a defective DVD purchased directly from www.SusanTuttleFitness.com send us a message and we will get right back to you.

To clean your DVD disc use a soft lint-free cloth and gently wipe from the center to the edges. Do not use strong cleaners for tough dirt or residue, only use water with a mild soap or isopropyl alcohol.

How much air should I first put in the ball?
Fill the ball up to its expanded size of 8 inches to stretch the ball and remove the wrinkles. Allow the ball to stretch for a few hours then wet your sport needle and place it in the hole and let enough air out to make the ball grippable.

FAQ - What do I use to inflate my ball?
Most department stores should have inexpensive plastic hand pumps with a needle to inflate sport balls. Play balls tend to deflate over time and it will be necessary to re-inflate on occasion. Make sure the ball is not over-filled as you want the ball to be semi-soft.
